Elise’s area of expertise is in residential property matters and refinancing, Elise particularly enjoys reviewing off the plan contracts and house and land packages and the challenges they pose.
She joined AlexanderDorrington in early 2016. Graduating from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology with a diploma in legal executive studies in November 2017. Her career started as a criminal administrator. Before long she discovered her passion for property as a legal assistant to a commercial, litigation and property team for a national firm. The next step, therefore, was to join AlexanderDorrington to fully immerse herself in property law. She works as part of a busy team of three senior legal executives. They handle a wide range of conveyancing and refinancing matters.
Elise is an Associate with the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.
