- Due diligence in respect of residential and commercial agreements, development agreements, building contracts, titles, easements, commercial leases, residential construction contracts
- Undertaking cross lease, freehold and unit title developments
- Society and company incorporation and formulation of rules and constitutions
- Facilitating, negotiation and assisting with the resolution of disputes including easement interpretation, cross lease and fencing disputes
- Reviewing and reporting on long term hotel and short stay accommodation leases
