Recent Webinar:  Property Development and the Unit Titles Act 2010

When:    5 September, 1pm (1 hour in duration)
Where:   Via your computer in the comfort of your own chair
Who by:  Debra Dorrington

On June 20 the Unit Titles Act became effective.  The unit titles act introduces new responsibilities for those developing unit titles.  It will require a change in thinking in how these developments should be structured and how the pre-sale agreements are to be drafted. A likely result is that funding requirements will change.  In this webinar, Debra looked at these issues and also examined the new opportunities the legislation presents for the development of property.    You can watch the webinar below.
