Current Practice

Megan specialises in conveyancing, subdivisions, family trusts, wills and estates.  She has wide-ranging  experience having been a legal executive for a number of years.

Recent experience

• Expert in unit title conveyancing having completed 200+ sales and purchases of apartments in Auckland’s CBD
• Acting for property developers acquiring property and acting on on-sales;
• Acting for clients in creating family trusts and assisting trustees to manage the trusts including managing the firm's trust administration and gifting programmes;
• Carrying out subdivisions for property owners;
• Acting in administration of estates;
• Acting for home buyers and sellers;
• Refinancing residential and commercial property;
• Preparing wills and property relationship agreements.

Qualifications

Megan gained her legal executive qualification in 2000 and has been with AlexanderDorrington since 2006.

Other interests

Megan loves spending time in her vege garden and has successfully kept the weeds out for the last two years.  Megan is a "golf widow" so has plenty of time to catch up with girlfriends for lunch to discuss serious topics over fine wine.  She enjoys watching all sport (except golf) and on serious days likes to go for a run or head to the gym for a spin class.
