Current Practice

Jourdan joined AlexanderDorrington in 2006 as a graduate.  Jourdan can assist with all aspects of property law including finance, due diligence, leasing and sales.  He also has general commercial experience including advising on corporate governance and business acquisitions.

Recent experience

  • Acting for a private investor to purchase the commercial properties at 53 and 55 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna including assisting with due diligence, completing the funding and settlement of the purchases;
  • Acting for a private investor in completing the settlement of the sale of the commercial building at 561 Great South Road, Auckland;
  • Acting for AMP Capital Investors in relation to the sale of the Wilsons Carparking building in Kitchener Street, Auckland;
  • Advising on the creation and launch of new funds for one of New Zealand's leading  fund managers;
  • Acting for AMP Capital Investors to negotiate and implement leases for Centre City Shopping Centre in New Plymouth;
  • Assisting in the preparation and launch of a private offer in New Zealand of equity in a UK technology business;
  • Acting for an Australian based property trust in the negotiation of office leases for a building in Auckland's CBD;
  • Acting for a private company in relation to the sale of Fashion Island shopping centres in Papamoa and Nelson;
  • Acting for purchasers of business including a gymnasium, water filtration company and a panelbeaters;
  • Acting for Capital Properties New Zealand Limited in the purchase of the Fonterrra Building.
