Thinking of bidding at an auction, or putting in an offer on a tender for a residential property?

We can complete a review of the legal documents for you.  We will review the title, the particulars and conditions of sale and, if provided, the LIM. 

It will cost $250 for a stand alone property, $300 for an apartment.  These prices are inclusive of GST and disbursements.  We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or direct credit.  We will complete the report and email it back to you within one working day of receiving payment.

If you are successful in buying the property and if you use our services for the purchase, we will credit the amount you have already paid against your conveyancing bill.

To order a report, click here to go to our online services.  We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Once we have received your order we will contact the real estate agent for the documents.  If you would prefer not to pay online via credit card, you can phone us on (09) 375 2770 to organise payment via direct credit into our bank account (however we cannot review the documents until the next day when we can see funds in our account).
